Our Team & Structure
VULPRF is governed by a Board of Trustees and managed by an Executive Council, supported by dedicated staff and volunteers across Nigeria. Our team brings together expertise in peace building, human rights, education, public health, and community development.
Board of Trustees
Our Board provides strategic oversight, ensures accountability, and guides the Foundation's mission and long-term vision. Board members serve on a voluntary basis and bring diverse experience from law, education, public service, and community development.
Executive Council
The Executive Council oversees daily operations and program implementation, led by the President and Secretary General. Coordinators manage each program area, from peace building to disability rights, ensuring effective delivery across all Nigerian states.
Staff & Volunteers
VULPRF employs 20 full-time staff and engages 30 volunteers who work directly with communities. Our field officers, program coordinators, and communications team operate from our Abuja headquarters and across regional offices.
Peace Ambassadors
Our network of over 200 trained Peace Ambassadors spans communities across Nigeria. These community-based volunteers lead dialogue sessions, mediate conflicts, and counter hate speech at the grassroots level.
